Shipping

Orders can be placed through our website only. Once you have placed an order with us, we will email you within 24 hours with an order confirmation and any additional information relating to your purchase. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive another confirmation email. For larger furniture items, please allow the lead time stated on the product details. Bespoke furniture delivery time slots are agreed separately between ourselves and the client. Currently, we only ship items to mainland UK.

Delivery

For our smaller Homewares items, we offer free delivery with Royal Mail. All of our larger Furniture item deliveries are carried out by a variety of trusted couriers depending on the size of the item and destination. While we do everything we can to ensure delivery times are met, Fox and Monkey cannot be held responsible for any delays which are beyond our control. Furniture items are delivered by single drivers to the ground floor of your property only. Please contact us if you need a different level of service.

Our products are made using high quality, locally sourced materials and sustainable hardwoods. All of our packaging and stationery are recyclable, and we strive to ensure we use ethical brands who share our ethos when purchasing items for the business. We use biodegradable bubble wrap, recycled cardboard and ECO tape for our orders – please reuse or recycle these materials!
